Texas State University is transitioning to a new Student Information System (SIS) in order to better serve the needs of our students. Your financial aid information for Fall 2011 and beyond is accessible through the new SIS.
As we transition to this new system, we will update this page with helpful information or screen-shots of the new My Financial Aid system to help you navigate. Click on an option below for more information.
You will log in using your nine-character Texas State ID (this ID begins with the letter A and was provided to you in communications from Undergraduate Admissions, Graduate College or Financial Aid and Scholarships).
If you need assistance with your Texas State ID and PIN or logging in, contact the IT Assistance Center (ITAC) at 512.245.ITAC (4822), itac@txstate.edu or LiveChat (https://livechat.tr.txstate.edu).
You must setup your new nine-character Texas State ID and Self-Service PIN. This new Texas State ID and Self-Service PIN are different from your current six-digit Texas State ID and PIN. It is also different from your Net ID and Password. You will not be able to access the new My Financial Aid system with your old ID and PIN. Setup your new Texas State ID and Self-Service PIN here.
If you already have your nine-character Texas State ID and Self-Service PIN, log in here.
If you need assistance with your Texas State ID and PIN or logging in, contact the IT Assistance Center (ITAC) at 512.245.ITAC (4822), itac@txstate.edu or LiveChat (https://livechat.tr.txstate.edu).
