The following is a representation of the types of scholarships Texas State offers to transfer students. These transfer scholarships are awarded competitively and require the submission of a scholarship application. To apply for transfer scholarships, you must submit a Texas State scholarship application via the Bobcat Online Scholarship System (BOSS). You must be admitted to Texas State and complete the scholarship application via BOSS, for the incoming summer or fall semester, no later than March 1, 2018. For students admitted to Texas State for the incoming spring semester, you will be eligible to apply for Continuing Scholarships once you have a Texas State GPA.
Awards are based on the overall strength of your scholarship application. For information regarding scholarships awarded by your college or academic department, be sure to contact the appropriate dean and/or chair’s office.
