Transfer Scholarship Timeline

Below is the timeline for the transfer scholarship application, review, award and notification process. For information regarding scholarships reviewed by your college or academic department, be sure to contact the appropriate dean and/or chair’s office.

Transfer Scholarships Timeline
August 1, 2023	Scholarship application is available online via BOSS
March 1, 2024	Scholarship application submission deadline. This deadline is also the date by which applicants be admitted to Texas State in order to be considered for Competitive Scholarships.
Late March - Mid April, 2024	Financial Aid Advisory, Appeals and Scholarship Committee reviews applications for university-wide awarded scholarships (e.g., Alumni Scholarship, Century Tel Scholarship, etc.).
Early May, 2024	Award letters are sent to students regarding those scholarships awarded by the Financial Aid Advisory, Appeals and Scholarship Committee.
